Ordering my
professional
e-mail address ...
We aim to make this as easy
as possible for you so please follow the following
route:
- Choose which domain
address (the @xxxxxxxx.xxx bit) suits you best from
those showing as available on the
availability page
- Choose your preferred
user name - ie: the bit before the @
- Decide on a password for
your account - 6 - 12 characters long - using letters
and numbers only
- Decide if you want
webmail and/or to use outlook or similar to pick up your
e-mail - just hav e-mail forwarding
Once you have decide on
these things, you then need to let us know to reserve
your professional e-mail address and to set the services
up for you as you wish.
You then need to send us
an e-mail, letter or fax confirming the order and then
pay - either by sending us a cheque in the post made out
to Medical Pages Ltd, sending credit credit card details
by fax, letter or telephoning them through to us +44 870

Ordering:
- By letter -
print off order form, complete it and send with or
without cheque or credit card details
- By fax -
print off the
order form, complete it including the
credit card details, and send by fax to +44 1483

These 2 will be put
together to make your professional e-mail ie:

Remember to let us
know your name, address and telephone number.
- Payment - by
