Shoulder problems 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago
I have been to a chiropractor about my shoulder as it has started to sieze up,he is not sure that it is frozen shoulder as it causes problems on active and passive movements which apparently is not typical of frozen shoulder - what else could it be?

thank you

Hi there,

You really need to see a shoulder specialist - you may have a tear in the 4 small muscles around the should joint - a condition called a "rotator cuff" injury or tear.

There are some informative websites on Medical Pages under the "Orthopedic" section - and one specifically called www.shouldersurgeon.co.uk.
